Small Works Roster
Green Mountain School District is in search of businesses who are interested being placed on our Small Works Roster for public works projects. We appreciate your continued interest in working with us and look forward to the opportunity to work with you in the future.
How to Submit your Information
Please be advised that Green Mountain School District is transitioning to the MRSC Rosters system to manage and maintain our Small Works Roster moving forward. This change will allow the District to more efficiently maintain contractor information and comply with current public works contracting procedures.
To remain eligible for Small Works projects with Green Mountain School District, contractors will need to register their company through the MRSC Rosters system. If your company is already registered with MRSC Rosters, please ensure that your profile is current and that Green Mountain School District is selected as one of the agencies you wish to work with.
How the Roster Works
Whenever we deem it necessary to purchase building improvements, repairs, or other public works type of projects, we will make every reasonable attempt to request bid quotations from all contractors on the roster who have indicated a capability of performing the kind of works being contracted. In emergency situations, or when purchases are clearly limited to a single source of supply, bid procedures shall be waived. We have the right to reject any and all bids and make further calls for bids in the same manner as the agreement with another governmental agency, provided such agency had complied with the applicable bidding requirements.
